Kimberly Waters

Kimberly Waters calls the White Mountains of Arizona home.   She began writing poetry as a teenager and later turned to children’s books after retiring from teaching in 2019.  Throughout her years of teaching, Kim gained insight into kids’ thinking, which helped her choose the best topics for the 17 books she has published.  She’s always had a knack for rhyming, so you will see a lot of her poetry in her books.  

When she’s not writing, she loves spending time with family, going for walks in the park, singing, and playing the piano and organ.
