Megan Ashley,
Personal Assistant

Megan Ashley is a personal assistant, social media manager, and an avid bookworm. At any given moment, if she’s not working, you can catch her with her nose in a book. She’s passionate about helping authors sparkle and shine! Before she became a social media maven, she was a nanny, birth doula, and preschool teacher for many years. She still likes to think of herself as Mary Poppins, getting things done efficiently, with a magical touch, and a smile on her face. She lives just outside of Baltimore, MD with her amazing wife, and her several cats.
Martha Cottle,

At 26, with a husband, a daughter, and two energetic dogs, she brings warmth, dedication, and a quick-learning spirit to every project. Savy Brinson,
Personal Assistant

Savy considers herself a jack of all trades and a master of none, though she wears that title like a badge of honor rather than a flaw. She’s a devoted puppy mom to two and married to her absolute best friend, the kind of partner who cheers her on through every new, slightly chaotic adventure she decides to chase.
By day, she works as a Certified Dermatology Tech, grounded and focused. But outside of that world, her life opens up into something far more vibrant. She’s often found planning book festivals, running her online book club, or, more honestly, completely lost in the pages of a novel she swore she’d only read “one more chapter” of.
Somewhere along the way, she discovered a new passion that feels just right: helping authors. There’s something electric about supporting creatives, about stepping in behind the scenes so they can stay immersed in their stories. Whether she’s designing graphics, managing social media, hyping them up like their personal cheer squad, or tackling whatever else lands on her ever-growing list, Savy shows up ready. For her, it’s not just work. It’s a way of being part of the story before it ever reaches the page.
