From online promotion to bookstore placement, we work to ensure authors are seen, heard, and connected with the right readers.
ASB is owned and operated by Shelley Nicholson and Allen Bias. Shelley is an experienced indie author with over twenty published books and more than one hundred edited projects, bringing deep industry insight to the team. Allen, a marketing-minded professional with exceptional distribution expertise, leads ASB’s efforts to place books nationwide.

Marketing remains one of the greatest challenges in the indie world, and that is where we step in. We focus on getting your book into the hands of readers, publishing paperbacks wide and offering flexible options for eBooks. Authors who prefer Kindle Unlimited may publish through KDP, while those who want to go wide across all formats can do so with us. We simply choose not to use KU for our own distribution.
